Meet Helen

Baking has always been a creative space for me — a place where I can take an idea, play with flavors, try something new, and turn familiar desserts into something of my own. Some of my recipes have Venezuelan roots and carry flavors I grew up knowing through my family. Others came from baking classes and years of experimenting in my own kitchen.

Every cake, dessert shot and dessert table I make carries that same care: respecting where a recipe comes from, while giving myself the freedom to make it special for your moment.
